I found this example of a newsletter online. I choose this example because it is directed to children and my topic is directed children in some ways. For my newsletter I could organize mine like this one but I would add some color to it. I like how it says welcome back; I would use welcome back because I would send it at the beginning of the school year. The only thing I would do different is direct it towards parents.
This is the second newsletter I found from the internet. I like how this example is well organized and everything is lined up with each other. For example the text is lined up with the box at the top of the page. They used a catchy title and directed it to the class. If I choose to use more words I would set mine up similar to this example. Also I would add pictures to go along with the text.
The last example that I found from the internet dealt with heath and my topic did as well along with safety. I like how this example used a picture at the top and lined the text up with the picture. It was done in a different way than my other examples and that is why I choose this one. For my project I might set mine it up like they did. I also like how they bolded the phone number to make it stand out to show that is it important. I would do something like that if I find something should stand out

I found child like newsletters online because my project was based on children. I choose a newsletter because they can be formal and creative at the same time. Most teachers like to be creative and by showing that to parents shows that the teacher is putting thought into things.
